Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Monitor access control systems, verify credentials and authorization, issue or retrieve visitor and contractor badges, and maintain accurate access-related logs and records.
- Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to site leadership and appropriate personnel.
