About the role

As a Security Officer Full Time Credential Lifecycle in Conley, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and support a secure environment for employees, visitors, and shipments. Through visible presence, professional communication, and routine patrols, you will help deter incidents while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access at entry points, verifying identification, credentials, delivery documentation, and visitor authorization in accordance with site requirements.
• Maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and access records; communicate access concerns and unusual activity to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

• Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Saturday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Sunday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
