Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including building perimeters, entrances, lobbies, parking areas, and common spaces, to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Requirements

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess a valid New York State
