Security Officer Full Time Badge Verification Patrol Driver

About the role

As a Security Officer Full Time Badge Verification Patrol Driver in HOPE, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Food/Beverage. This unarmed patrol role at a food and beverage production location involves conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, supporting access control, and providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout production, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity; verify credentials and follow site procedures for access, deliveries, and contractor check-in.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity logs and incident reports in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge verification experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Pay

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour.
