Job Description
As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Badge Services in Saint Louis, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a commercial real estate location. This primarily driving role includes conducting routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitoring access points, and providing outstanding customer service. You will communicate professionally with tenants and visitors while demonstrating our agile, reliable, innovative, caring, teamwork-focused, and integrity-driven values.

What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the property, including common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, access points, and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization as directed, and report irregular conditions or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities in accordance with site-specific requirements and Allied Universal procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- At least one year of security-related experience is required.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
