Security Officer Full-Time

About the role

As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, and similar settings. The role demands a sharp eye and strong observation skills with attention to detail as you scan a series of screens to capture every detail.

Schedule

Site Location: Springdale, PA

• Saturday–Sunday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Monday–Wednesday: 4:00 pm – 12:00 am
• Must be able to work all listed shifts

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $16.50/hr. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED (documentation required)
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience preferred
• State license where required
