What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, reporting observations through established site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the distribution facility, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials in accordance with site requirements.
- Document patrols, incidents, and unusual conditions accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
Minimum Requirements
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control/badge experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Skills
