Security Officer - Full Time

About the role

Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site procedures, and report suspicious behavior, damaged equipment, and other security-related issues.
• Support compliance with location rules by observing for unauthorized access, restricted area violations, and/or potential workplace disruptions, and escalating concerns through proper channels.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
