As a Security Officer Full Time Armed Driver Patrol in Mission Hills, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Cultural Institutions, and more. As an Armed Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will conduct driving and foot patrols at a cultural institution, helping to maintain a welcoming, secure environment for visitors, staff, and guests. You will remain visible to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, clergy, and/or community members by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain an orderly and welcoming environment.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Requirements

• An Armed Guard Card or License is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
