Security Officer Full Time Afternoon Patrol

About the Role

As a Security Officer Patrol in Clinton, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries, particularly in the food and beverage sector. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and document observations, incidents, and unusual conditions.
• Support a professional, orderly environment by communicating clearly with employees, contractors, visitors, and emergency responders.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with applicable laws.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Pay

Pay Rate: $13.84 / Hour

Schedule

Full Time, Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
