Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and/or employees by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor entry and exit points at a financial institution location, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and maintain accurate access-related records.
• Control access for authorized personnel, deliveries, and contractors in accordance with established procedures while reporting unusual activity to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and communication protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
