Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access to the building, verify visitor credentials as directed, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs.
• Answer and route incoming calls, provide directions and general building information, and communicate professionally with tenants, guests, and site personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Monitor front desk activity and building entry points to help deter unauthorized access and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns to site management.

Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
