What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Monitor lobby and entrance activity, assist with access control procedures, and help to deter unauthorized entry through attentive front desk presence and documented visitor handling.
- Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related matters according to location policies.
- Support hotel operations by answering questions, directing guests and/or vendors, receiving deliveries, and completing required logs, reports, and other front desk documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
