How This Role Works

Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a busy retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting local law enforcement or emergency personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help to deter theft, trespassing, and/or policy violations.
• Maintain readiness to perform assigned armed post duties in accordance with Allied Universal policies, client site expectations, and applicable local and state requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Hold a Level III Armed Security License in Texas only.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
