Requirements

• Active Oregon state security license/certificate
• Exceptional customer service skills and excellent judgement
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient in interacting, communicating, and working with people
• Ability to be an ambassador for the client and greet employees, guests, and customers
• Effective in a premium hospitality setting
• Availability and flexibility to work any day, including weekends and holidays, and any work shift based on operational needs
• Able to stand and walk for 8 hours
• Ability to work independently or with a partner
• Capable of lifting and carrying reasonable weight

Responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of buildings (door checks/stairwells) and exterior (parking garages/building perimeters)
• Respond to incidents on-site, including moving along/trespassing transients
• Fire extinguisher/Safety Equipment
