Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities appropriate to a food and beverage location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, parking, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, verifying approved access for visitors, vendors, and/or deliveries in accordance with location policies.
- Support daily operations by reporting hazards, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns that could impact the location, while maintaining accurate logs and incident reports.
Minimum Requirements
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
