Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including lobbies, work areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, helping to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report policy violations, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Support closing and opening routines, observe alarm and camera activity when assigned, and complete required reports, logs, and/or incident documentation in a timely manner.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
