DayTime Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established healthcare location protocols.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare location, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations.
- Monitor access points and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities in accordance with site-specific requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
