About the role

Apart from serving and safeguarding clients in various industries like Financial Institutions, you will join a leading team offering flexibility and opportunity. This role involves monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to deter security incidents, and supporting a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and responding to emergency activities.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, lobby areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to help support authorized access, observe visitor activity, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy concerns.
  • Complete routine reports and incident documentation, and assist with following post orders, client procedures, and Allied Universal standards for the location.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Subject to a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
  • Licenses are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

DayTime: Wed 08:45 AM - 05:15 PM, Thur 08:45 AM - 05:15 PM, Fri 08:45 AM - 05:15 PM
