Security Officer Financial Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including exterior areas and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe lobby and public areas, and verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures and visitor protocols.
• Support daily operations by reporting maintenance issues, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior, and by assisting with opening and closing activities when assigned.

Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
