• DayTime: Mon 08:45 AM - 04:15 PM, Thur 08:45 AM - 04:15 PM, Fri 08:45 AM - 04:15 PM, Sat 08:45 AM - 02:15 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and sharing information through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, lobby areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and employee activity, and/or report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, or policy violations to help support daily operations.
• Aid with assigned post duties, follow Allied Universal protocols, and/or communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and first responders during routine and emergency situations.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
