Security Officer Experienced Client Service
About the Role
As a Security Officer Experienced Client Service in Fremont, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries, particularly in the automotive sector. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide outstanding customer service and communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout automotive manufacturing, production, and perimeter areas to identify and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate activity logs in accordance with site requirements.
- Support traffic flow and parking-related procedures for employees, visitors, deliveries, and/or contractors as directed.
Requirements
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license (required for driving positions only).
Pay
Pay Rate: $22.52 / Hour

Full Time - Day/Time:
- Mon: 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM
- Tue: 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM
- Wed: 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM
- Sat: 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM
- Sun: 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM
