What You'll Do

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and assist with visitor, staff, and vendor interactions in a courteous and professional manner.
• Support a professional environment by remaining visible throughout the location, communicating clearly with staff and guests, and following post orders for daily operations and/or incident response.

Minimum Requirements

• Two or more years of security-related experience are required.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
