About the role
As a Full Time Patrol Response Driver in Clayton, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Healthcare. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license meeting Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, donors, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
- Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures, while maintaining a professional and courteous presence.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities as required.
- Complete detailed reports, maintain accurate daily activity logs, and communicate observations or security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
