What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
- Screen people, personal items, packages, and/or deliveries entering designated areas in accordance with site protocols and access procedures.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and restricted areas to help support authorized access and help to deter unauthorized activity.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, as assigned, since working environments and conditions may vary by location.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
