Responsibilities
As a Security Officer Patrol in Charlottesville, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, respond to alarms, and provide professional customer service. You will use communication and technology tools to document activity and assist visitors and employees. - Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business, perimeter, parking areas, and other assigned locations to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
