Join Allied Universal at a healthcare location where you will monitor access points, verify credentials, and help to support a secure and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a healthcare location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit for staff, visitors, patients, and/or vendors in accordance with site protocols.
• Verify identification, visitor authorization, and/or delivery credentials before permitting access to designated areas.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report details according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, paying attention to restricted areas, entry points, and other security-related concerns.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include:

• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
