Security Officer Entry Control

About the role

As a Security Officer Entry Control in ROGERS, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and help manage access for employees, visitors, and deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to all persons at the location by following site-specific procedures, monitoring entry and exit activity, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access control points for employees, visitors, contractors, and/or deliveries, helping to verify authorization, issue credentials, and document arrivals and departures according to site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, parking areas, and perimeter, noting unusual activity, unsecured access points, and other security-related concerns.
• Support security-related operations in an active food and beverage environment by observing pedestrian and vehicle traffic, maintaining accurate logs, and reporting policy violations or maintenance concerns to the appropriate contact.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
