What You'll Do
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
- Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and/or deliveries at designated entry points by verifying credentials, following access protocols, and documenting security-related concerns.
- Monitor entrances, lobbies, screening equipment, and/or access control systems to help identify unusual activity and report incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by following post orders, contacting the appropriate personnel, and completing detailed activity and/or incident reports.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary by site.
Minimum Requirements
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
