Pay Rate: $21.69 / Hour
Job Schedule: DayTime Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific procedures, managing front desk activity, and supporting security-related protocols for an aerospace and defense location.
• Maintain access control by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining entry records, and communicating access procedures to authorized personnel.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site-specific guidelines.
• Answer phones, greet arriving guests, direct inquiries, and support administrative and security-related communications between the front desk and on-site personnel.

Minimum Requirements

• 1+ years of security-related experience is required.
• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
