$19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule

DayTime Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related screening, and emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Carry out regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, parking areas, dock doors, trailer yards, warehouse spaces, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Maintain a professional presence in a fast-paced logistics and distribution environment while assisting with incident reporting, lost and found inquiries, and other security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
