Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and/or delivery access in accordance with site protocols, and report security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Must have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
