$20.00 / Hour
Job Schedule
Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by carrying out screening procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Screen passengers, visitors, crew members, and/or personal items for prohibited items and other concerns while following established access and screening protocols.
- Respond to incidents, screening alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to supervisors and/or local personnel.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas, boarding zones, terminal access points, and perimeter locations to help identify and report security-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- X-ray screening experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

About the Role
