As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol CPR in Saint Louis, MO, this role provides reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility to earn more by picking up additional shifts.

Pay

$23.10 / Hour

Schedule

• Fixed-shift commitment (“Anchor Shifts”) at a designated site with a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn additional hours through the Claim-A-Shift program, allowing flexibility to work part-time or up to 40 hours per week.
• Example shift: Monday 08:45 AM - 05:30 PM (DayTime).

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of banking areas, entry points, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site policy, and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and/or emergency responders as needed.

Requirements

• Be 21 years of age or older (18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles).
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Preferred Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience.
• Customer service experience.
• CPR certification.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
