How This Role Works

Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and help to document key details for follow-up.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter locations, noting and reporting suspicious activity and/or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and help to verify authorized entry for employees, contractors, and visitors in accordance with site protocols for a technology-focused location.
• Support a professional environment by communicating with staff and guests, reporting security-related issues, and/or following post orders for assigned patrol duties.

Minimum Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
