As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol in Lake Geneva, WI, this role offers reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility to earn more by picking up additional shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, community policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential community grounds, amenities, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions or policy concerns.
• Monitor access to the community in accordance with site‑specific procedures, verify visitor and vendor authorization as required, and maintain accurate activity records.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and emergency services when needed.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities in clear, timely reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay

$18.50 per hour

Schedule

Daytime shift: Monday 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM. Fixed‑Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”) requires a six‑month commitment. Additional shifts can be picked up through the “Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift” program, allowing flexible part‑time or full‑time hours.
