Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by following site-specific access control procedures, screening entry requests, and supporting security-related protocols at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, issue visitor instructions, and document entries and exits to help support authorized movement of people, vehicles, and deliveries.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or conditions that may require security-related follow-up.
• Support shipping and receiving activity by monitoring truck traffic, confirming approved access for drivers and vendors, and maintaining accurate logs and reports related to daily post activity.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
