Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and/or emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify entry activity in accordance with site policies, helping to support authorized access for staff, guests, and deliveries.
• Aid in reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations observed during patrols, while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
