As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Field Operations in Princeton, LA, this role provides reliable, consistent hours with the flexibility to earn more by picking up additional shifts.

This role requires a six (6) month commitment to a designated site and weekly shift (your "Anchor Shifts"). You may also pick up extra shifts through our Claim-A-Shift program, allowing you to adjust your hours—work part-time one week and full-time the next. This position is ideal for those seeking income stability and opportunities to build up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week.

Pay

$15.00 per hour with weekly pay.

Schedule

Fixed shift: Thursday, 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of industrial buildings, production areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to chemical and petrochemical facilities, verify credentials, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel as directed.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain detailed logs of patrols, observations, incidents, and security-related activities.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal considers qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and locality and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
