$14.00 / Hour

Job Schedule

Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor guidance, access control, and/or compliance with facility procedures.
• Document security-related incidents, observations, and patrol activity, and promptly report concerns to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements

• Have at least six months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
