$19.40 / Hour
Job Schedule
Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the location, including common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter areas, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and activity across the property, assist with visitor directions and general inquiries, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations observed during patrols.
- Support property operations during high-traffic periods, special activities, and/or after-hours coverage by maintaining a visible presence and following post orders and communication protocols.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
