Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential common areas, parking areas, amenities, and perimeter access points to help identify unauthorized activity and/or maintenance-related concerns.
• Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and/or community rules compliance while communicating professionally with residents, vendors, and property staff.
• Assist with access control, incident reporting, and/or follow-up on alarms, disturbances, and property-related issues in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
