Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, common areas, access points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and public-facing areas within the location, assisting with access control, directions, and general information while maintaining a professional presence.
• Support day-to-day operations at a busy commercial real estate location by observing activity, communicating clearly with tenants and/or guests, and following post orders for security-related situations.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
