Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points and assist with visitor and employee entry procedures, helping to support site rules, badge verification practices, and/or other access control measures.
Minimum Requirements
- Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule
Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.
