Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity, access concerns, and/or conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorized access in accordance with site protocols, and help support a professional environment for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Assist with incident reporting, policy reminders, and follow-up on security-related concerns while maintaining awareness of changing conditions across the location.

Minimum Requirements

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
