Job Schedule

DayTime Wed: 12:00 PM - 06:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or site personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with supervisors, local contacts, and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout operational areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify suspicious activity, unauthorized access, and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, contractors, deliveries, and/or visitors, verifying credentials, following post orders, and reporting policy violations or irregularities.
• Support site operations by maintaining detailed logs, writing incident reports, and sharing relevant information during shift handoff to help promote continuity of security-related coverage.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess a TSA issued TWIC.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
