$22.35 / Hour

Job Schedule

Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, government location policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established security-related protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and public areas, report observations, and/or document security-related incidents, hazards, and policy concerns according to site expectations.
• Communicate with staff, visitors, and/or public personnel regarding rules, directions, and incident-related information while supporting daily operations at the location.

Minimum Requirements

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Experience with handcuffs, pepper spray, and baton is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
