Pay Rate

$14.00 / Hour

Job Schedule

Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

How This Role Works

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including entrances, hallways, parking areas, and perimeter points, noting unusual activity and/or conditions.
• Aid with access control by monitoring entrances, verifying credentials where required, and helping to direct visitors, vendors, and staff in accordance with site procedures.
• Support a professional environment by reporting hazards, policy violations, and/or security-related concerns, helping to deter unauthorized activity and maintain order at the location.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses and certifications are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
