Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Monitoring

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to guest concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel and resort grounds, guest-access areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor access points and observe resort activity, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents according to site procedures.

Assist with directing guests and visitors, maintaining a professional presence, and documenting incidents and patrol activities as required.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

  • Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): A six (6) month commitment to a designated site and weekly shift.
  • Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: Additional shifts can be picked up through the scheduling platform to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.
