How This Role Works
Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.
Responsibilities
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response protocols at a financial institution.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and verify credentials in accordance with site procedures while maintaining a professional and courteous presence.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and contact the appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
Document patrol activity, unusual conditions, policy violations, and security-related incidents through accurate reports and timely communication.
Minimum Requirements
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
At least six months of security-related experience is required.
A state-, county-, or city-issued security license is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
